School is your second home, love it and it will make you great.
Reach the school at least five minutes before the assembly.
Keep your class rooms and school environment clean and tidy.
RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE behaviour with teachers and class-mates will be strictly dealt with. COMING OUT OF CLASSES after the teacher leaves the class and before the arrival of the next teacher is strictly prohibited.
Any kind of damage caused within the school premises must be compensated by the one who causes it.
Co-operate with all staff members and show due respect to them.
Be regular in attending classes and doing your home work and other assignments.
Maintain silence in the library. Stay off the verandahs, staircases and class rooms during lunch breaks.
Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in school. If a child is found carrying a handset, the defaulter will be fined Rs. 1000/- and the repetition of the act will lead to the confiscation of the handset.
In relation to your Teachers:
Show them courtesy and respect at all times.
Accept their authority, right to give instructions and to allocate suitable correction to those who break rules.
Come to school on time and bring all necessary materials with you.
Avoid any distractive behaviour during lessons.
Cooperate with the Class Monitor in maintaining proper order and discipline during change of periods and when the teacher happens to be absent or late.
In relation to your fellow students :
Do not interfere with the personal matters of others by bullying or by indulging in violence.
Do not take and spoil material belonging to others.
Speak to them with courtesy and respect.
Do not pick up quarrels with your fellow students.
Help the slow learners to cope with their studies.
In relation to your parents :
Respect them and obey them.
Communicate all the messages given in the school.
Remind them to meet all the concerned teachers on the prescribed PTM date to enquire about your progress in the school.
Do not tell lies or hide matters from your parents.
School Rules
Parents and students must read and familiarize themselves with the rules and procedures of the School and extend whole hearted co-operation.
Every student must possess the School diary, relevant text books, note books and required stationery items which must be brought to the School on a daily basis.
It is the duty of the parent to monitor their ward’s academics from the day when the School starts and keep a track throughout the academic session.
Students will not be permitted to go home during School hours except during emergencies.
Students should report to school on time and they should not leave the School campus without prior permission.
In case if any Student is found as involved in any untoward act, a warning letter/TC will be issued under disciplinary action by the School Management.
Parents may meet the Principal/Sr. Manager for any information or clarification with prior appointment.
Fee Rules
Fee for all classes from Preschool onwards is to be paid at the school.
The fee can be paid by cash or cheque.
Fee will be accepted in cash or cheque by 10th of each calendar. Thereafter, fee will be accepted with a late fee fine of Rs 5/- per day. If a student fails to clear all the dues by the 10th of last month, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the Final examination until he/she clears all dues with the additional fine as per norms.
Fee for the whole year is to be paid on a monthly basis. It can also be paid in one single payment for the full year.
Cheques if bounced under any circumstances will amount to non-payment of fee for which a fine is charged as per norms.
General Rules
Any certificates from school will be issued only on demand of a written application. A minimum of three working days’ time will be taken by the school for its issue.
The school authorities take all necessary care and precautions to safeguard the interest of the pupil. However, for any mishap beyond the control, the school cannot be held responsible. This applies not only to regular school but also to school excursions, outings, picnics & camps.
Parents should inform the school of any change of Address and Contact number immediately for safety and security of their ward.
